3. Fees, Payment & Refunds
– Fees: All fees are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
– Payment: Fees must be paid in full before course access. We use third-party payment gateways. IES Kollam is not liable for gateway failures.
– Refunds:
– Online courses: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content is accessed.
– Offline batches: No refund after batch commencement. Admission/registration fees are non-refundable.
– Processing time: Approved refunds take 7-10 working days.
4. Intellectual Property
All study material, videos, PDFs, mock tests, website content, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of IES Kollam. You may not copy, distribute, record, sell, or share any content without written permission. Violation will lead to account termination and legal action.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
– Share your account or course access with others.
– Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
– Upload malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt website functionality.
– Record or redistribute classroom sessions or online lectures.
6. Class Schedules & Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule classes, change faculty, or modify course structure due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you via email/SMS. No compensation for missed classes, but backup/recording access may be provided.
7. Results Disclaimer
IES Kollam does not guarantee selection, job placement, or specific exam results. Success depends on individual effort, exam conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Past results are not indicative of future performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IES Kollam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse study material. Fees will not be refunded in case of termination due to violation.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal data only to deliver services and improve user experience.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kollam, Kerala.
